1. First gear and reverse gear are normal, and second gear has no driving force
First check whether the shift lever (skid steer loader) is in place, if not, readjust it. Then check whether the variable speed pressure gauge is depressurized in the second gear position. If the pressure is depressurized, you must check whether there is pressure oil flowing out of the periphery of the gearbox 8-shaped end cover. If there is leakage, you can tighten the bolts around. If the above method still cannot eliminate the fault, the 8-shaped end cover must be removed and the O-ring and paper pad must be replaced. At this time, if there is no pressure oil overflow, it proves that there is a problem with the second stop component in the gearbox, and the second stop component must be removed. First check whether the oil seal on the outside of the second gear is damaged, then disassemble the second gear component, take out the piston, and check whether the piston ring, oil seal ring and friction plate are damaged. * Check whether the guide pin in the second gear cylinder falls off. If the guide pin falls off, a large amount of pressure oil of the second gear will flow out from this place, causing the pressure of the second gear to decrease and unable to drive. For the reason of pressure reduction, replace the seal or repair or replace the parts.
2. The variable speed pressure, boom, bucket and steering are all normal, but the loader still cannot move forward and backward.
First check whether there is a lack of oil in the gearbox and whether the oil inlet line is blocked, and then check the gearbox oil pan (electrical motor) and torque converter filter. If metal fragments are found, it is certain that the internal parts of the large overrunning clutch in the gearbox are damaged. If aluminum chips are found in the gearbox oil pan and torque converter filter, it is certain that the parts inside the torque converter are damaged. At this time, the gearbox and torque converter must be removed for inspection, repair and replacement of damaged parts. Excluding the above reasons, if the car still cannot walk, it can be determined that the bolts around the second gear member in the gearbox are cut off, or the intermediate shaft output gear falls off, so that the power cannot be output. Exclusion method: the gearbox 8-shaped end cover can be disassembled, take out the second block component, and replace the cut bolt. This bolt material is 40Cr, must be tempered, can never be replaced by ordinary bolts.
3. First gear and reverse gear are weak, and second gear is slow
first check whether the pressure indicated by the variable speed pressure gauge is normal. If the pressure reaches 108KPa, increase the throttle to check whether the pressure gauge pointer swings; if it swings violently, it proves that the turbine oil in the gearbox is too dirty or insufficient. Check whether the gearbox oil level check plug can flow out of the turbine oil. If there is oil flowing out, the fault is caused by too dirty oil. Clean the gearbox and filter, and then replace with new oil; if the oil amount is normal and the speed change pressure gauge indicates normal, the fault may be the gearbox (conveyor belt) and The input secondary gear in the middle of the torque converter is broken, so that the power of the secondary gear of the torque converter cannot be output, only the power of the primary gear can be output. Exclusion method: Remove the connection between the torque converter and the gearbox, and replace the damaged input secondary gear.
4. First gear drive is weak, other gears are normal
first check the pressure of the shift gauge to see if there is a pressure drop in the first gear position. If the pressure is below 98.1KPa, the first gear drive is bound to be weak. The reason for these phenomena is that the first gear piston ring is scratched or worn too much, which makes the pressure oil leak too much, thus making the first gear drive weak. In addition, it may also be due to the damage of the O-ring seal outside the first gear cylinder, resulting in a large amount of pressure oil leakage. If the fault is caused by the above reasons, the gearbox must be lifted out, and the damaged piston ring and sealing ring must be disassembled and replaced, it is likely that the shift lever is not adjusted in place, making the first gear drive weak. The shift lever should be readjusted to make it reach the specified position.
5. The engine is working normally and the loader cannot walk
First check the gearbox's oil limit valve and variable speed pressure gauge. If it is found that the variable speed torque converter oil is missing, new oil should be added. However, it is not advisable to add too much, otherwise it will cause the variable speed transformer to heat up, usually until the limit valve flows out of oil. Then check whether the boom can rise and fall and whether there is steering. If the boom can rise and fall, it can also be steered, and the loader cannot walk. This is caused by the damage of the variable speed pump and the lack of oil. The boom cannot rise and fall or turn, and the loader cannot walk. This situation is mostly caused by the steel plate connection of the torque converter (meat machine) being sheared by bolts or the elastic plate being broken. The diesel engine and the gearbox must be lifted together, and then the connection part of the diesel engine of the torque converter is removed, the damaged part is identified, and the damaged parts are replaced or repaired.
6, can only move forward, not backward
first check whether the pressure indicated by the variable speed pressure gauge is normal. If the pressure in reverse gear decreases, it proves that there is too much oil leakage in the reverse gear part. The gearbox must be lifted out and all of them must be disassembled for inspection. Take out the reverse gear piston, replace the piston ring, check the damage of the friction plate, replace the severely worn friction plate, and readjust the reverse gear gap to 1.6-2.6mm; if the reverse gear does not depressurize, it proves that the forward gear is stuck The phenomenon of death. If the reverse gear friction plate slips and the reverse gear cannot travel, the gearbox must be hoisted out and disassembled, and check whether the isolation ring on the first gear inner gear ring is broken. Because the broken piece can jam the first gear friction plate, the reverse gear friction plate will slip and not work, resulting in only forward but not backward. The isolation ring can be removed and replaced with a new one.
7, weak driving, stop when walking
(1) Check the oil limit valve next to the gearbox, and add new oil when there is no oil.
(2) If the oil volume is normal, check the variable speed pressure gauge. If the pressure gauge swings violently, indicating that the oil supply is insufficient, check whether the oil inlet pipe is blocked, whether the inner layer of the rubber tube is foamed due to aging, whether the torque converter filter is clean, and whether the filter element of the filter is clean. If this is the case, clean and flush the blocked conduit and filter element with compressed air (compact loader) several times until they are unblocked before use. Replace the blister hose.
(3) Observe whether there are metal blocks and aluminum chips on the filter screen. If there are, it indicates that there are damaged parts in the torque converter and gearbox. It must be disassembled for inspection and replaced.
8. The transmission pressure is normal, neither the first gear nor the reverse gear can walk, only the second gear can drive normally
, most of the reasons for this failure are because the brake pedal is not stepped on and the 1. reverse gear connecting plate in the gearbox is twisted, so that the power cannot be transmitted. The second gear is directly connected to the inner spline of the sun gear, and the power can be directly transmitted, so the second gear can drive.
